Food Security Program
The Food Security Program aims to support affected families during the war by providing diverse food assistance, ensuring their access to adequate food and enhancing food security in the most vulnerable areas.
In Gaza, where the simplest daily needs turn into a battle for survival, the program works to alleviate the burden on families by providing integrated food baskets and ongoing support. These efforts help improve their living and health conditions and assist them in facing the severe shortage of resources.
To ensure that food reaches the greatest number of families in need, the program has implemented a series of direct humanitarian activities.
The program's major activities included:
- Distribution of food parcels to the most affected families.
- Distribution of fresh vegetable baskets to support dietary diversity.
- Distribution of flour to secure the basic needs for bread production.
- Providing hot meals through community kitchens (Takiya) for families unable to cook.
Through these efforts, the program contributes to restoring a sense of stability to people’s lives, offering a small glimmer of hope amidst a reality full of challenges.
We deeply appreciate your support, which empowers children to access their basic nutritional needs and ensures the continuity of our humanitarian efforts
