essential non-food items that ensure they live with dignity and safety in harsh weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">The program works to meet the needs of families for winter clothing, blankets, and warm apparel, in addition to providing mattresses and tarpaulins to ensure a safe and warm living
